Terms for Reservation and Participation
You can choose between two options if you want to book a course or an accommodation with us:
1. Via Internet:
If possible, please make your reservation online by clicking on Courses & Booking on our homepage where you can fill in your personal details. You will then receive a written confirmation telling you about the meeting point and location, the time of the course beginning and useful tips for your travels.
Your reservation, including the chosen type of accommodation, will become a certified booking when the down-payment has reached our bank account. The reservation is valid until 8 weeks before the course begins. After this time your reservation expires unless you have confirmed your booking by making a down-payment. The remainder of the course fee as well as the costs for accommodation is payable in Azzano upon course beginning.
2. Send a Written Application
If you don't have internet access, you can send an informal letter for your reservation to:

3. Participation Conditions
Your reservation will become a certified booking when the down-payment has reached our bank account. The down-payment for all one- or two-week sculpting, special and painting courses is € 600.
Your participation is confirmed when you registered in time and we received the down-payment on time. When we receive your down-payment we will send you a written confirmation with information about the meeting point and location, the time of the course beginning and useful tips for your travels.
The remainder of the course fee as well as the accommodation fee are payable in Azzano upon course beginning.
4 a. Cancellation
Cancellation of a course: For cancellation after the booking has been made, a processing fee of 60.00 euros will be retained from the deposit paid. If the cancellation is within four weeks of the start of the course, the deposit cannot be refunded. If the cancellation is within one week of the start of the course, the entire course fee is due. The cancellation fees are waived if you provide a suitable replacement participant. If there are free places, it may also be possible to rebook for another course in the same year. Cancellation must be made in writing or by e-mail. We recommend you acquire a travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellations of courses by Campo dell' Altissimo fortunately almost never occur. Cancellations can happen: if too few participants are registered or if the course leader falls ill and cannot be represented. In this case the full amount already paid will be refunded. No further claims can be made against the organiser.
For reasons of acts of god: In this case, the organiser will refund the deposit already paid or it will be credited for an equivalent course at another time or location of Campo.
In the event that a course leader is unable to attend (e.g. due to illness), the organiser reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement.
4 b. Insurance
The course fee does not include accident insurance. Participation in courses, trips and excursions is at your own risk. This also applies to the use of all tools and aids, all premises and buildings at the respective venues and at the living quarters.
We advise all participants to take out their own comprehensive travel insurance to include cover of payments in the case of accident or cancellation due to illness or unavoidable circumstances, which might prevent their attendance.
