Your booking and the transfer of the downpayment should be received by the organizer no later than 4 weeks prior to the course beginning.
A €25 service fee is due on cancellation before the start of the course (whether the booking was made in due time or not).
If a participant cancels later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the course the down-payment will not be refunded.
The full course fee and the costs for the chosen accommodation are payable, if participants do not attend the course.
We advise all participants to take out their own comprehensive travel insurance to include cover of payments in the case of accident or cancellation due to illness or unavoidable circumstances, which might prevent their attendance.
The course fee does not include accident insurance. Participation on courses, excursions and trips is at your own risk.
This also applies to the use of all tools and aids, all sanitary systems, buildings and installations at the respective venues and at the living quarters.
